Fresh lunch & dinner, cooked every morning in our Andheri kitchen and delivered to your desk in a 3-tier steel dabba. No plastic, no menus you're bored of, no "aaj bahar ka kha lete hain."
One central kitchen in Marol. Twenty-six cooks who learnt their dal at home, not at a hotel school. This is what happens before your dabba reaches your desk.
Vegetables arrive from Vashi APMC market every single morning. Nothing is stored beyond a day — if bhindi isn't crisp, it doesn't get cooked.
Low oil, home-ground masalas, rock-salt option, and phulkas made after 9 AM so they stay soft till lunch. Kadhai to dabba in under 90 minutes.
Each tier is sealed while food is still above 65°C, clipped into an insulated carrier. Your name and desk number on a reusable tag — no stickers, no cling film.
32 riders on fixed routes across the Andheri–BKC corridor. Your dabba lands between 12:00 and 1:45 PM — the same rider, every day, who knows your floor.
Yesterday's dabba is collected when today's arrives, then triple-washed at 80°C. One customer, two rotating dabba sets, zero single-use anything.
Three tiers of food-grade 304 steel, one insulated jacket, and a clip your grandfather would recognise. Tap a tier to see what goes where.
4 phulkas wrapped in cotton, kachumber salad, pickle pocket. Kept apart so nothing goes soggy.
The day's hero: paneer bhurji, bhindi masala, or your swap. Sealed above 65°C, still warm at your desk.
Slow-cooked dal over steamed rice — the heaviest tier sits lowest, so the carry is steady on the rider's rack.
Keeps the stack ~60°C for 3 hours. Brass-riveted tag with your name — your dabba never gets mixed up.
Four choices, live price. What you see is what you pay — delivery, dabba, and pickup included. No packaging charge, because there's no packaging to charge for.
We deliberately serve one corridor — Andheri to BKC — so every dabba is under 25 minutes from the kitchen. Type your office pincode and find out.
FSSAI-licensed, audited monthly, and open for visits every first Saturday. We publish our oil, salt and water reports because "hygienic" should be a fact, not a font on a pamphlet.
Shot on a regular Tuesday. No food stylists — just the 6 AM batch doing what it does.
We screenshot the rude ones too — but these are the ones that keep the kitchen going at 5 AM.
Eight months in and I still open the middle tier first to see the sabzi. My mother tasted it during a visit and asked — very suspiciously — for the cook's number. That's the review.
Our team of 14 at Chakala switched together. The both-meals plan basically ended our Swiggy roulette — and the steel dabba pickup means our pantry bin is finally empty.
I'm gestational-diabetic and the light portion with the swap option is a lifesaver. I message "no aloo" on Sunday and the whole week just… arrives correct. Every single day.
Friday chicken biryani has a fan club on our office Slack. There is a thread. It has 214 messages. Make of that what you will.
Moved from Delhi, was surviving on sad salads. The ₹96-a-meal maths honestly embarrassed my food-delivery bill. Paused it for Diwali week from WhatsApp in about 20 seconds.
As an HR head I put 40 people on the corporate plan. Zero complaints in 5 months is not a thing that happens in HR. I checked.
Every plan includes the steel dabba set, delivery, next-day pickup and washing. Prices are per person; pause anytime before 9:30 AM.

Same month, same hunger, three ways to feed it. Based on average orders in the Andheri–BKC corridor (yes, we asked around).
We already feed 60+ teams across MIDC, SEEPZ and BKC — single pantry handover, mixed veg/non-veg headcounts, one GST invoice at month-end. Your office manager will finally have one thing that just works.
Message "PAUSE" on WhatsApp any day before 9:30 AM and that day's meal rolls over to the end of your cycle. No caps, no questions — a 26-day plan always means 26 delivered dabbas.
Default is "ghar level" — mild, low oil. You can set a standing preference (less mirchi, no onion-garlic, no aloo, rock salt) once, and it applies to every dabba. Jain thali is available on all veg plans at no extra cost.
No. Just clip it shut and hand it back when tomorrow's dabba arrives. We run two rotating sets per customer and wash everything at 80°C in the kitchen's 3-stage line. You never see a dirty tier.
Join the waitlist from the pincode checker — we open a new pincode once 40+ people request it (that's one rider route). Lower Parel and Goregaon East are next in queue.
UPI link on WhatsApp after your trial week, then a monthly auto-reminder. Corporate plans get a single GST invoice. No app to install, no wallet to top up, no "add money to order food" nonsense.
We've delivered through three monsoons at 97%+ on-time. Routes shift to arterial roads, carriers get rain sleeves, and if we're ever more than 45 minutes late, that day's meal is free. It has happened four times. We remember each one.
Yes — the non-veg plan is really a "kitchen's choice" plan: chicken, egg or fish four days a week, pure veg on the others, and you can flag any day as veg-only before 9:30 AM. Many subscribers go veg on Tuesdays and Thursdays; the price stays the same.
Never. Your two steel sets are engraved with your set number and carry your name tag for the life of your subscription. If you cancel, the set is retired, deep-cleaned and re-issued with a fresh tag — the tag itself is yours to keep. Fridge magnet, apparently.
First Saturday of every month is open-kitchen day — chai on us. For everything else, one WhatsApp does it: subscribe, pause, swap, complain, praise.
